The Official Toledo Tubes Management is demanding one of our Power Rods for usage of "their" Slingshot tubes. Don't let the name fool you, they're in no way official; just thugs with lots of power. Could you help me with this?

Quest Walkthrough
Power rods help fuel a Snap Hook. To complete this mission, you can either recycle a Snap Hook to obtain the Power Rod, or find a Power Rod directly.

• Harvester Event by the Queen
• Complete the Lost in Transmission Quest
• Recycle a Snap Hook
• Craft it in Gear Bench Level 3

Finding Power Rods - Power Generation Complex
In raid, go to the Power Generation Complex. Make first right. Then make the first right when you get to the open hallway (image below).

Power Circuits Location
Keep going forward until you see the power circuits (image below).

Bonus: Power Panel Room
There should be a power rod in the power circuits. If you have extra Power Rods, you can use it to unlock the power panel right next to the circuits (image below). Inside the room you can get blue rare items and loot.

Breach Locker Location
You can also find a power rod in the Breach locker. You can find this to the right of the power circuits, but you need a security breach talon (image below).

Additional Container Locations
If you go outside the room and turn right, there are lots of containers to loot that may contain a Power Rod (image below).

Underground Tunnels
The underground tunnels may also contain a Power Rod. Run along the walls, you will see a power circuit, breach those for a chance for the Rod (image below).
