How to connect

Pick your assistant. Every one needs the same connector URL and a sign-in with your ARC Tracker account.

Claude on the web and in the desktop app.

Open Customize, then Connectors.
Click "+ Add", then "Add custom connector".
Name it ARC Tracker and paste the connector URL.
Click Add, then Connect, and approve the access on ARC Tracker.
In a chat, click "+" and open Connectors to turn ARC Tracker on for that conversation.

The free plan allows one custom connector.
Add the connector on the web or desktop app first. It then works in the mobile app too.
Team and Enterprise: an Owner adds it under Organization settings, then Connectors. Members then click Connect.

Add ARC Tracker as a remote server from your terminal.

Run this command. Add --scope user to use it in all your projects.

Run /mcp, choose ARC Tracker and sign in.

ChatGPT on the web, on a paid plan.

Turn on Developer mode in Settings, then Security and login.
Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and click +.
Name it ARC Tracker, choose Public endpoint and paste the connector URL.
Create it, then sign in with ARC Tracker when asked.

ChatGPT calls these plugins. Earlier they were called apps or connectors.

Grok on the web, on a paid plan.

Go to grok.com/connectors and click New Connector.
Choose Custom and paste the connector URL.
Sign in with your ARC Tracker account.

Cursor, VS Code and any MCP client that supports OAuth sign-in.

Add a remote (HTTP) MCP server with the connector URL.
Sign in with ARC Tracker when the client asks.

You choose what each assistant may do on the consent screen. Nothing is shared until you approve it.

You stay in control

Changes are previewed before they are applied, and they show on the site as "updated by your AI assistant". Your assistant reads photos itself: ARC Tracker never sees your conversation or your images.

What is MCP?: The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools like ARC Tracker.
Does it cost anything?: No. It works with a free ARC Tracker account. The rules and plan of your AI app still apply.
Is my data shared?: Only what you allow on the consent screen, and you can remove the access at any time.
Which assistants work?: Any assistant that supports remote MCP connectors with sign-in, including Claude, ChatGPT and Grok.
