Two apps, better together

Both apps are free, and both keep arctracker.io up to date: ARC Tracker Link reads your ARC Raiders account, and the overlay app reads your screen while you play and brings ARC Tracker into the game. Use either one, or both.

ARC Tracker Link

From your account

Links your ARC Raiders account and brings in what it holds: stash and loadout, quests, workshop, projects, blueprints, level and XP, and every raid with its outcome, kills, damage and score. It runs from the system tray, so your tracker stays up to date even when you are not playing.

ARC Tracker overlay app

In the game

Draws ARC Tracker into the game: pins with spawn odds on the map, a mark on every stash slot that shows what you still need, and a keep, sell or recycle card beside the item tooltip. What it reads while you play goes to your tracker too: quests, workshop, projects, stash, blueprints, and every raid with its map, loot and XP.

Windows 10 or 11

See the overlay app

Use both for the best coverage. Link brings in everything your account holds, even when you are not playing. The overlay app adds what only your screen shows, like the loot and XP of every raid, and keeps your stash current while you play. A raid recorded by both apps becomes one raid in your history.

Link brings in what your ARC Raiders account holds, so the pages that track it are right without you typing anything.

Coming from another ARC Tracker app

ARC Tracker Link replaces the browser extension and ARCTracker Sync for bringing your stash and raids in from the game, and the overlay app replaces the Overwolf app. Your arctracker.io account and everything in it carry over. What you tracked here by hand is kept. The app adds what it reads from the game, and a change you make yourself sticks until the game shows something new.

The Overwolf app

Your data
Everything you tracked is in your arctracker.io account. Sign in to the new app with the same account and it is all there.
What replaces it
The item card beside the game's tooltip and the tags on every slot are in the overlay app, which works together with Link.
Uninstall
  1. Open Overwolf, go to Settings > My apps and uninstall ARC Tracker.
  2. Or open Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps and uninstall it there.

The browser extension

Your data
Your arctracker.io account and what you tracked stay as they are. The Embark stash sync the extension set up is paused.
What replaces it
ARC Tracker Link links your ARC Raiders account again, and your stash and loadout come straight from the game.
Uninstall
  1. Open your browser's extensions page (chrome://extensions or edge://extensions) and remove ARC Tracker.

ARCTracker Sync

Your data
The stash and raids it synced stay in your account. Sync no longer works: the Embark connection it relied on is off.
What replaces it
ARC Tracker Link brings your stash, loadout and raids in from the game. No administrator rights, no launcher setup and no firewall rule.
Uninstall
  1. In ARCTracker Sync, turn off Start with Windows, then quit it from the tray.
  2. Restart Steam or Epic normally, so the launcher starts without the Sync setup.
  3. In Windows Defender Firewall (Advanced settings), delete the rule named ARCTracker Sync (capture). If an SSLKEYLOGFILE entry is listed under your user's environment variables, delete it too.
  4. Delete the ARCTracker Sync folder.

Questions

What does ARC Tracker Link do?

It links your ARC Raiders account to your ARC Tracker account and keeps the game sign-in fresh, so ARC Tracker can read your stash, loadout, quests, workshop, projects, blueprints, player level and raids. After linking it waits in the system tray; there is nothing else to set up.

Does it work with Steam, Epic Games and Xbox?

Yes. When you start linking, pick the store you play ARC Raiders on. Steam and Epic Games work on Windows and Linux; Xbox is Windows only and needs the Xbox Store edition of the game. Link signs in with that store on your PC, and your store password is never sent to ARC Tracker.

Why does Link keep running?

Your game sign-in lasts 24 hours. Link renews it in the background from the system tray, so Sync now and automatic sync keep working. It can start when you sign in to your PC, from its tray menu. For Steam, keep Steam running so Link can refresh your sign-in. If it was closed for a while, start it again and syncing picks up where it left off.

What is the difference between Sync now and automatic sync?

Sync now brings everything in from the game when you press it, on Home, Stash or in Settings, with a short wait between syncs. It is free for everyone. Automatic sync runs by itself every 15 minutes and is for ARC Tracker subscribers.

Is it safe for my game account?

Link never touches ARC Raiders itself: nothing is injected, no game memory is read and no game file is changed. It signs in to your ARC Raiders account with Steam, Epic Games or Xbox and sends ARC Tracker only that sign-in token.

Does Link run on Linux and Steam Deck?

Yes, on 64-bit (x86_64) Linux with glibc 2.35 or newer: Ubuntu 22.04 and later, Debian 12 and later, Fedora 36 and later, Arch, and SteamOS in Desktop Mode. It needs WebKitGTK 4.1 and GTK 3, which most desktops already have; if one is missing, Link names the package to install. The tray icon needs AppIndicator support (on GNOME, the AppIndicator extension); without a tray, Link still works from its window. The AppImage needs FUSE; without it, start it with --appimage-extract-and-run. To link with Steam, the regular Steam client has to be running: Link cannot reach Steam installed as a Flatpak or Snap. The Epic Games sign-in opens in your browser, and you paste what Epic shows back into Link. On a Steam Deck, Link works in Desktop Mode.

AppImage or tarball?

Take the AppImage: it is one file, and it updates itself when a new version is out. Keep it in a folder you own, such as ~/Applications, so it can replace itself. The .tar.gz tarball is for players who would rather unpack Link themselves: unpack it and start arctracker-link, keeping the files beside it. It does not update itself, so get new versions from this page.

How do I remove Link on Linux?

Unlink first in Settings > ARC Raiders account, so ARC Tracker forgets your game sign-in. Then quit Link from its tray menu and delete the AppImage (or the unpacked tarball folder) and the folder ~/.local/share/arctracker-link, where Link keeps its saved sign-in.
