Go to the Research Building
Search for the seed vault in the "room with a great view"
Deliver the Experimental Seed Sample to Celeste

Steps to complete "The Root of the Matter":
• Enter the Research building from the south (at the waypoint on the map).
• Go to the first room to the left.
• Head to the big yellow container to the left to retrieve the seeds.
• Enter the Research building from the south (at the waypoint on the map).
• Go to the first room to the left.
• Head to the big yellow container to the left to retrieve the seeds.
Enter the Research building from the south at the marked waypoint.
From the entrance, take the first room on the left and loot the big yellow container for the seeds.
