Terms of Service

These Terms also apply to the ARC Tracker desktop app for Windows (the "App"), which is part of the Service. By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. The App asks you to accept them when you first set it up, and again if we change them in a way that needs your agreement. Until you accept, the App does not read the game and does not send anything.

The App captures the game's window on your PC, like a screenshot, and recognises items, game pages and text in it on your PC. It records your progress on your PC and shows what you still need in an overlay window on top of the game. Signing in to the App with your arctracker.io account is optional. If you sign in, the App syncs your progress, stash and raids to your account. You can delete the data the App keeps on your PC at any time with "Delete data on this PC" in the App's Settings. The data synced to your account is deleted when you delete your account in your arctracker.io Settings. Our Privacy Policy says in detail what the App reads, keeps and sends.

The edition of the App distributed through Overwolf shows ads in its desktop window, never over the game. The ads are served by Overwolf. Where the law requires your consent, the App's first setup has a step "Ads and your privacy", and no ad shows before you answer it. You can change your choices at any time in the App's Settings > Privacy > "Ad & privacy settings" > "Manage". ARC Tracker Premium is sold through Tebex, which Overwolf owns, as on the website. The App shows no ads while you are signed in with a Premium account.
