   Install and run as administrator

   ARCTracker Sync needs administrator access to read your ARC Raiders inventory while you play. If Windows asks, choose Yes.

   Sign in to ARCTracker

   Click Sign in and approve it in your browser. You stay signed in, so this is usually a one-time step.

   Prepare your launcher

   Pick Steam or Epic and click Prepare. ARCTracker Sync reopens your launcher once, which only takes a few seconds, so the game can connect to the app.

   Play

   Start ARC Raiders from your launcher and reach the main menu. Your inventory syncs automatically. A refreshed token normally lasts 24 hours, so keeping ARCTracker Sync in the system tray is optional. If you leave it running, it can refresh the token again automatically while you play.

While ARC Raiders is running, the app looks for the temporary ARC Raiders access token from your active game session and sends that token to ARCTracker so your inventory and raid data can refresh. That token normally lasts 24 hours. It is not your Steam, Epic, or ARC Raiders password, but it does allow ARCTracker to read the same game data used for sync. ARCTracker Sync does not read game memory or interact with the game executable.

It asks to run as administrator.

That's expected. ARCTracker Sync needs administrator access to read your game's inventory while you play. Click Restart as administrator and approve the Windows prompt.

My inventory isn't updating.

Check that you prepared your launcher, started ARC Raiders, and reached the main menu. The first sync happens a few seconds after you reach the menu. Leaving ARCTracker Sync running in the tray is optional, but it lets the app refresh your token again automatically.

Sync won't connect.

A firewall or antivirus may be blocking it. ARCTracker Sync adds a Windows Firewall allowance automatically; if you use third-party security software, allow ARCTracker Sync through it.

Can I use a VPN or proxy?

VPNs and proxies can stop ARCTracker Sync from reaching ARC Raiders' servers. The simplest fix is to turn them off while you sync. If you need to keep one on, add the bypass rules in the "Using a VPN or proxy" section below so the game's servers connect directly, outside the tunnel.

I switched between Steam and Epic.

Use the launcher toggle on the main screen to pick the store you play on, then click Prepare again.

Do I have to keep the app open?

No. A refreshed token normally lasts 24 hours. If you leave ARCTracker Sync running in the system tray, it can refresh the token again automatically while you play.
